    Also, on a more critical note. Maybe he wants to spend more time reading and learning, Adam Smith was not an American. He was Scottish.

    What the hell does hemp have to do with energy. Is he refering bio-fuel? I don't know alot about bio-fuel, but I know that it means burning things which means carbon dioxide.

    Who knows, I think it was just an opportunity for a guy who likes to smoke to say so in the context of how he thinks America has failed.
